Job Description
Your Startup Operations is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to drive the full event pipeline for clients in the United States, UK, Canada and Australia—from inquiries to proposals, contracts, invoices and follow‑ups.
You will coordinate with vendors, venues, contractors and internal teams, build detailed timelines, keep the CRM up to date, and support business development during slower seasons. Fluent English, proactive problem solving, and strong communication are essential.
