Job Description
DevSavant is seeking a Technical Enterprise CSM to manage a portfolio of high‑ACV, complex accounts and act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers. You will blend platform expertise with executive relationship management to drive retention and expansion in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll lead onboarding, conduct EBRS with senior stakeholders, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, and Support to scale outcomes for large accounts.
