Red Global is seeking a D365 Unified Service Desk Engineer for a 100% remote position until 2028. The role involves working on advanced customizations, hosted controls, and CTI integrations within Dynamics 365.

The selected candidate will contribute to the evolution of our agent desktop platform, working full-time with 5 days a week and 8 hours a day in a local time zone. This is a multi-year project with opportunities for extension.
