As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and updating our database with any relevant information.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
