TalentPop App is seeking a Remote Shopping Cart Rescue & Sales Specialist to convert window-shoppers into buyers. You will engage customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS to resolve product questions, remove friction, and guide them through checkout.
Leverage experience in cart recovery and upselling, work with Shopify and CRM tools, and collaborate with teams to share insights that maximize conversions while maintaining a high standard of customer care in a fully remote setup.
