Job Description
Kaya by Chemin Sdn Bhd is seeking native U.S. English speakers for a short-term remote project to record and transcribe customer service conversations. You will segment audio, label speakers, and apply transcription guidelines while following client scripts.
The role suits detail-oriented individuals who can commit several hours daily and complete a mandatory pre-assessment. Project runs July–August 2026 with on-boarding training during GMT-3 office hours.
