Volve is building an AI-native tender and preconstruction intelligence platform that helps contractors review tenders, assess risk, and make bid decisions. It's a complex, high-stakes process that's been largely manual for decades. We're changing that.

Our platform turns unstructured tender documentation into structured, actionable insight. Customers like Skanska, OBOS, and Veidekke use it to price with confidence, flag risk early, and carry learning across their project portfolio.

We're a small, fast-moving team, some based in Oslo and others working remotely across Europe. Everyone owns their piece end-to-end and is given lots of autonomy and trust.
