Job Description
Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like real developers.
This is hands-on engineering work at the frontier of AI development, with solutions, reviews, and expert feedback on AI outputs. You’ll work asynchronously on your own schedule, 10–40 hours per week across languages and problem domains.
