Job Description
ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a capable, customer-focused individual for after-hours support in a fully remote role. You will handle after-hours calls, assist clients and caregivers, and coordinate caregiver replacements while maintaining up-to-date schedules. The schedule includes weekend after-hours and U.S.
holiday coverage. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with superb communication, strong customer service experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
