Job Description
PerfectServe is seeking a shift supervisor to lead 24/7/365 support operations in a remote-first environment. You will coach agents, balance workloads, and provide real-time direction to ensure service levels across phone, ticket and other interaction channels.
You will monitor intraday performance, document updates and risks, run weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, and collaborate with managers to share insights on trends.
