Reports To: Area Manager
Are you a hands‑on retail leader who can manage a store independently and provide operational support across multiple sites when needed? This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Store Relief Manager to be based at a home store while roaming between stores in the Pretoria and Johannesburg area to support operations, stabilise performance, and lead store teams where required.
This role is perfect for someone who is strong in people management, stock control, risk management, and customer service, and who thrives on variety and operational challenges in a growing plastics and homeware retail brand.
