Job Description
Bridgepoint Maintenance seeks a skilled Handyworker for hybrid work in Chatham, Ontario. Must assess properties, perform repairs, and communicate with tenants and owners effectively.
This contract role focuses on attending residential properties for general assessments and maintenance. The successful candidate will be experienced in residential repairs, comfortable with a range of tasks, and able to work independently. You will document property conditions, capture photos, and communicate any additional needs directly with tenants or internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend properties for assessments and maintenance appointments
• Inspect property conditions and recommend repairs
• Take clear photos and videos of repair concerns
• Install lockboxes and document access details
• Communicate updates after each visit to relevant parties
Requirements:
• Previous Handyworker or similar role experience
• Strong knowledge of residential maintenance
