Job Description
The purpose of the Reliability Technician’s position is to lead the site’s reliability process by ensuring consistent compliance with maintenance schedules and methodologies, implementing improved practices and procedures, and the applying best practices to the preventive/predictive maintenance programs. The position will collaborate closely with the production, mechanical maintenance, and electrical maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement short and long-term continuous improvement strategies related to plant reliability.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support to the maintenance team
- Provide justification and assist in the purchase of critical spare parts
- Assist CMMS Engineer in estimating man hours and materials needed for maintenance and repairs activities
