Job Description
Opportunity Reporting to the Reliability Manager, this position will develop and improve manufacturing equipment and processes by applying engineering principles with a LEAN approach.
Compensation: $71,000 - $103,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual short‑term incentive.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support for manufacturing improvement projects aimed at enhancing equipment, processes, and systems to increase plant capacity, line efficiency, and preventive maintenance effectiveness.
Validate new and existing processes with the Reliability team.
Review and participate in new equipment designs, upgrades, and overhauls, and oversee the commissioning process.
Apply Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies to support process improvements.
Participate in Pre‑Start Health and Safety Reviews (PSHSRs), review findings, and manage updates.
