We are currently building our in-house Design for Reliability staff and are looking for a talented Lead Reliability Engineer to join our team in our Chengdu, China office. Our DfR team is a global team with a global footprint supporting our global Business units (India, China, Europe, US, Mexico...). In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a Design for Reliability engineering programs throughout a product’s life cycle. You will participate in reviewing customer requirements and developing reliability predictions, testing proposals, validation methodologies and other reliability analysis to promote the efficient creation of robust products within Molex.
