Reliability and Calibrations Engineer

FM Conway is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Reliability & Calibrations Engineer to join our Aggregates & Asphalt division. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in improving plant performance, reliability and engineering compliance across multiple operational sites.

You’ll be at the forefront of driving preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, supporting plant optimisation and implementing modern digital engineering is a permanent, full time position where you will be required to work remotely covering our Asphalt Plants in Erith, Heathrow, Reading, Theale, Aldershot, Croydon and Newhaven.

The duties of the Reliability and Calibrations Engineer role will include:

Carrying out vibration analysis, thermal imaging and condition-based monitoring

Producing detailed reliability reports and recommendations
