Overview
We are looking to connect with highly skilled professionals experienced in driving Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating PI Planning, managing enterprise delivery, and leading cross‑functional Agile teams within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and optimise Agile Release Train (ART) delivery and value flow
- Lead PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, System Demos, and Agile ceremonies
- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices
- Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalation processes across teams
- Align business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor delivery metrics, reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
