About the role
- Permanent, Full-time & hybrid role, based out of our Adelaide, Brisbane, or Toowoomba Head Office.Weβre looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Relationship Support Officer to join our Lending Assessment team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our Third-Party Lending applications, acting as a key link between mortgage brokers, customers, and our lending assessment teams to ensure a seamless and positive lending experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
β’ Managing broker enquiries and providing timely updates throughout the lending process.
β’ Processing and allocating lending related tasks and cases using Salesforce and other systems.
β’ Monitoring workflow and service levels to ensure SLA targets are achieved.
β’ Delivering high-quality customer services while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
