Corporate Banking Relationship Agent
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with corporate banking clients
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Work 100% Onsite in McKinley
- Fixed nightshift schedule
Requirements
- Excellent conversational communication skills, 1-2 years' experience preferred but open for no BPO experience, open to all educational levels, fresh graduates, and career shifters.
- Amenable to work on weekends and holidays
