Responsibilities
- Prospect for new members and identify business opportunities that promote sustainable growth for the Cooperative and provide real benefits to our members and community;
- Provide consultative and personalized service, focusing on building trusting relationships and ensuring an excellent member experience;
- Act as a financial consultant, advising on solutions, products and services in an impartial and transparent manner, respecting each member’s needs and goals;
- Be responsible for growing the member portfolio, attracting/retaining members and managing fund placements;
- Mobilize efforts to achieve lasting, concrete goals and results in accordance with Sicoob PRO guidelines;
- Focus daily activities on meeting members’ needs, working in alignment with our business, culture and values, and safeguarding our institutional identity;
