Relationship Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Full-time business-and-financial-operations

• Expand the microfinance market, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct credit surveys and background checks, verify application documents, and manage non performing loan (NPL) recoveries
• Execute all credit business processes in strict accordance with SOPs and regulations to minimize financial risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
• Highly driven, resilient under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player
• Responsible, high integrity, principled, and possesses strong risk awareness
• Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
