Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and initiate the development of new loan/deposit accounts
- Maintain existing accounts for repeat business
- Cross-sell other products of the Bank to enhance the contribution from the clients
- Monitors availments, payments, interest dues of existing clients
- Prepare loan renewal/extension proposal and annual loan review
- Orient and train newly hired Assistant Relationship Managers
- Supervise and monitor the execution of the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Relationship Managers
- Monitor industry updates and major developments on assigned Conglomerates
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree major in Finance/Business Management/Banking/Marketing or any related field
