Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate health insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and branch staff.
- Conduct sales meetings and customer interactions to promote health insurance products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Train and motivate bank employees on ManipalCigna products and sales processes.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and policy issuance.
- Regularly visit bank branches and provide sales support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Direct Sales.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in Bancassurance will be an added advantage.
