Job responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Business Sourcing: Proactively market Islamic asset products to micro-entrepreneurs, SME’s, and local trade groups to achieve asset targets.
• Field Appraisal & Financial Analysis: Conduct field visits, inspect business premises, analyze client cash flows, and verify character and repayment capacity.
• Deal Structuring & Documentation: Select appropriate Islamic finance modes, compile credit files as per the guideline of Shariah.
• Portfolio Monitoring & Collections: Conduct post-disbursement tracking, follow up on repayment schedules, and actively manage early-stage recoveries to prevent default.
• Relationship Building & Audit Readiness: Maintain transparent relationships with local clients while keeping clean, fully-documented files for Shariah and operational audits.
