Role Overview
As a Relationship Management Associate, you will support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative expertise that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience. The position is based at FCCโs corporate office in Regina, Saskatchewan, with hybrid work options available.
Responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to understand customer needs and proactively contact customers and prospects.
- Respond to customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities.
- Provide professional frontโdesk support, ensuring the office runs seamlessly.
- Complete administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations.
