Job Description

Builds and maintains relationships with customers and clients to improve on customer loyalty and increase revenues for the

brands.


• To build and manage an extensive network of relations with customers

• To express perfect knowledge and understanding of our programs & events

• To attract and engage with customers based on each team's speciality

• To resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales


Qualifications:

• S1 Marketing or related field

• A solid knowledge and passion in F&B as well as lifestyle industry

• 2+ year mininum of experience


Technical Skills:

• The ability to analyse and research information

• Excellent communication and listening skills
