JOB SUMMARY
The Relationship Associate is responsible for supporting branch growth and customer retention by delivering exceptional sales and customer service. This role builds and strengthens customer relationships through accurate transaction processing, proactive product referrals, and knowledgeable assistance with the bank's products and services.
