Full-time Business Operations Specialists

• Manage assigned bank branches and build strong relationships with bank staff.


• Generate life insurance business through customer referrals from the bank.


• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.


• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring quality customer service.


• Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials to maximize business opportunities.


• Ensure timely documentation, policy issuance, and after-sales support.

Eligibility:

• Graduation mandatory.


• Minimum 1 year of Life Insurance/BFSI/Sales experience preferred.


• Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills.


• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.


• Willingness to travel between assigned bank branches.
