Our client is a FT100 IT&T organization with global expansion and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.

  • Report to Legal Counsel and supervise a subordinate to effective the day-to-day operation
  • Provide professional recommendation on entry strategies to different countries/markets from the aspect of regulatory concern and vision
  • Conduct regulatory and market research into target markets to minimize the investment risk and maximize the process effectiveness
  • Liaise with business partners, stakeholders and local governments on any regulatory issues and statutory submission
    • Requirement: :
  • Degree or above in Engineering, Laws Study or related disciplines
  • 8+ years’ global expansion experience gained from IT&T industry with solid exposure in handling regulatory issues
  • Excellent in MS Office: Word, Excel & Powerpoint with Chinese Processing skill
