The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is the company subject-matter expert for compliance to regulatory standards, especially REACH and compliance related to movement to goods into the European market. The position ensures compliance with global regulations, supports audits, and oversees REACH-related services while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Job Responsibilities
Regulatory Affairs Management
Establish and maintain processes to ensure all substances, raw materials, and products comply with applicable regulations.
Assess and approve materials in line with regulatory requirements.
Interface with suppliers to clarify compliance aspects.
Monitor and anticipate emerging regulations; conduct impact assessments.
