Job Description
Role Summary
The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator supports chemical and consumer product regulatory compliance activities for products marketed in the United States and Canada, with primary responsibility for SDS authoring, regulatory data management, and transportation of dangerous goods (DOT/TDG). This will be a 6βmonth contract. The role requires working familiarity with U.S. and Canadian chemical and consumer product labeling regulations, including CPSA and CCCR, to ensure alignment between SDSs, labels, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Author, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29CFR β U.S.) and WHMIS2015 (as amended β Canada)
- Perform and document GHS hazard classifications
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all 16 SDS sections
