Job Overview
We are looking for a Regulated Immigration Consultant (full time, permanent, two positions) with at least two years of I&R law experience to join our team at the Regina and Saskatoon Offices. Under the oversight of the Director, Immigration and Refugee (I&R) Law Services, the Regulated Immigration Consultant works with I&R staff lawyers and assistants, providing legal services to eligible clients.
The position involves working with a vulnerable population where language and culture differ; building trust and demonstrating compassion are essential.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Licensed as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant – IRB is a requirement.
- Minimum of two years of previous I&R law experience preparing I&R documents, interviewing immigrants and refugees, attending hearings.
