Regular Probationary Faculty – Learning Centre
$71,846 to $115,129 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
The Opportunity
Douglas College Learning Centre invites applications for a Regular Probationary Faculty. Reporting to the Director, Learning Resources & Records Management, the successful candidate will be based at the New Westminster Campus and will also have a presence at the Coquitlam Campus.
The Douglas College Learning Centre (LC) provides in‑person and online writing skills support, content tutoring, and learning and study skills help. LC faculty coordinate the Centre’s peer tutoring program in collaboration with LC staff and administration. They partner with course instructors to plan and deliver writing, learning, and study skills support. They also collaborate with colleagues across the College to support students.
