Job Description
- Assists in the start-up and shutdown of injection machine in each process prior to operations and end of process.
- Conducts the repair, cleaning and maintenance of mold.
- Prepares and monitor materials (chemicals) needed in the process.
- Maintains the parameter setup of machines during production operations.
- Responsible for the mold loading and unloading in machines.
- Assist production operation when manpower is lacking especially during delivery time.
- Reports with immediate superior any concerning machines technical issues.
- Safekeep all records for the tools and spare parts used for machine in production.
- Request resin as per machine requirement.
- Help the team to understand the target and goals.
