Position Summary

The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) is a member of the Algoma Public Health (APH) team. This position supports APH programs and is responsible for the delivery of the requirements mandated by the . The RPN works in collaboration with internal and external partners to promote the health of children, youth, adults, families and communities. The RPN supports the delivery of public health programs and services using relevant standards of practice, practice guidelines and protocols. Activities may include clinical services, immunization record assessment, harm reduction, collaboration, and meaningful client/community engagement.
