Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individuals to join our team as a full time days Registered Practical Nurses (RPN). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care to our residents in accordance with established standards, policies, and best practices.
Qualified candidates must hold a current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Previous experience in long-term care and/or working with seniors in a residential facility is required. Experience with PointClickCare is considered an asset. Strong communication skills, including active listening, are essential, along with the ability to document accurately and in a timely manner. We are seeking individuals who demonstrate initiative, collaborate effectively within a team environment, and have experience supervising, managing, and leading staff.
