Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive patient and family centered care on an acute surgical unit in accordance with the UAH and AHS policy and procedures. The 3D3 Plastic and General Surgery unit provides staffing for 9 18+ bed units consisting of Plastic/Reconstructive and General Surgery patients. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support quality improvement initiatives to maintain high quality patient care strategies within the surgery program.
