What You Get to Do: 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality health care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities within Dungarvin's residential group home programs in Eugene, OR. 

The RN's main functions for this role will be to provide primary health care, monitor health conditions, plan long-term care needs, advise direct support staff, and provide continuity of care. 

• Conduct routine site visits with individuals supported, checking vitals, doing assessments, counseling of medication administration, and documenting progress. 
• Ensure that everyone receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in their optimal health.
