• BSN and a minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health care OR RN and 2 years of behavioral health care experience required.

• PA Registered Nurse License

• Act 33/34/73 Clearances

• Pre-employment drug testing

Position Summary: The Nurse Care Manager provides medication services, triage, and case management to patients at the health center and medical respite program. This role includes supportive therapy, therapeutic interventions, nursing assessments, and other essential nursing services.
