Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administering patients, answer query and concerns face to face online transactions.
- Assist the patients and doctors on duty, update Doctor's schedule and room assignment.
- Text blasting to the patients.
- Decking and process HMO and Cash transaction for consultation.
- Charting and Keeping the records.
- Perform SR Collating and proper files documentation.
- Monitor and inventory the department supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active PRC license
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as occupational health, company nursing, or a clinical setting
- Proven experience in preparing and processing documents related to HMO, PhilHealth, and SSS benefit applications
