Occupational Health Nurse / Construction Site Nurse
Key Responsibilities
Emergency Medical Response
- Provide first aid and initial treatment for injuries (e.g., falls, cuts, burns, machinery-related accidents) and illnesses on-site
- Arrange emergency transportation to hospitals for severe cases and coordinate with medical facilities
Health Assessments & Monitoring
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic health screenings (e.g., physical exams, drug tests, vision/hearing tests) for workers
- Monitor workers exposed to hazards like dust, noise, chemicals, or extreme temperatures, and track their health status
Safety Compliance & Training
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) laws, company policies, and construction industry standards
