Make an impact as an Admissions Registered Nurse for Suncoast Hospice in Hillsborough County. Focus on patient eligibility and advocate for compassionate end-of-life care.
At Empath Health, you will serve as a key member of the Admissions team. This role entails assessing patient needs and eligibility for our Hospice Network. Youāll utilize your nursing expertise to ensure quality care and support for patients and their families in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Assess patient eligibility for Empath Health services
ā¢ Complete admissions in line with service guidelines
ā¢ Advocate for timely access to appropriate care
ā¢ Engage in mission support and outreach
ā¢ Build strong internal and external relationships
Requirements:
ā¢ Associateās degree in nursing or related field
ā¢ 6 months to 1 year experience in healthcare
ā¢ Valid Florida RN license required
ā¢ Possess a Florida Driverās License
ā¢ Committed to compassionate patient care
