Job Description
Responsibilities
- Executes repair of customer units and dealer stocks; monitors progress until completion
- Accomplishes Service Report for assigned cases on a timely manner
- Coordinates retrieval of defective warranty parts
- Battery maintenance charging requirement
- Basic assemble/disassemble of unit
Requirements
- With at least 6 months experience (E-bike experience is an advantage)
- Willing to work on field
- Can work under pressure
- Can drive motorcycle (have own motor is an advantage)
