Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate technical service support across SEA region ( Food industry )
  • Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting for customers, OEMs, and sales teams
  • Perform equipment / plant inspections and lubrication assessments
  • Prepare professional technical reports and product recommendations
  • Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships through technical engagement
  • Work closely with sales teams to support customer visits and solution-based selling
  • Support OEM technical recommendations and approvals
  • Contribute to product improvement and feedback to regional/global teams
  • Participate in technical events, exhibitions, and industry seminars
  • Provide technical input on market trends and customer needs (non-commercial)
