Job Description
Enhance customer satisfaction as a Regional Technical Representative with MiTek, focusing on complex software solutions. Provide installation, training, and ongoing support while maintaining strong customer relationships.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries related to MiTek’s software offerings. You’ll be involved in upselling opportunities and collaboration with both Product Management and Software Development teams. Additionally, mentoring team members will be a key part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve software issues submitted by customers
