Regional Talent Partner (Director) EMEA & Latam
The Regional Talent Partner (Director) EMEA & Latam is a strategic partner responsible for driving the design and execution of talent and organisational development initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Regional VP HR and with a dotted line to the VP Talent & OD, this role ensures alignment of regional talent strategies with both business priorities and global Talent & OD frameworks.
The Regional Talent Partner collaborates closely with business leaders, HR BPs, and Centers of Excellence to build leadership capability, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support workforce planning tailored to the unique dynamics of the region. By acting as a trusted advisor and change agent, this role plays a critical role in embedding a culture of continuous development and high performance that accelerates business growth and operational excellence.
