The Regional Talent Partner (Director) EMEA & Latam is a strategic partner responsible for driving the design and execution of talent and organisational development initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Regional VP HR and with a dotted line to the VP Talent & OD, this role ensures alignment of regional talent strategies with both business priorities and general Talent & OD frameworks.
Responsibilities
Leadership Development & Capability Building
- Design and deliver leadership development programs tailored to the regional context, fostering a pipeline of high‑potential leaders.
- Partner with CoEs to adapt and localise leadership and talent development initiatives.
