Regional Talent Partner (Director) EMEA & Latam Barcelona, Spain The Regional Talent Partner (Director) EMEA & Latam is a strategic partner responsible for driving the design and execution of talent and organisational development initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Regional VP HR and with a dotted line to the VP Talent & OD, this role ensures alignment of regional talent strategies with both business priorities and general Talent & OD frameworks.
