Job Scope
- Attend and facilitate on the audit examination in relation to IT System.
- Follow up on resolving any audit finding and resolution.
Technical Support
Level‑1
- Facilitate customer requests and data.
- Attend user calls, incident helpdesk tickets, email and provide response.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting.
Level‑2
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting, back‑end analysis, provide incident resolution (without code change required).
- Provide interim and permanent fixes with root cause analysis and help desk ticket closure.
