The incumbent will enable increased sales and market share in the wireless market segment by providing pre and post-salesĀ supportĀ toĀ customersĀ andĀ ViaviĀ teamsĀ forĀ Viavi'sĀ solutionsĀ forĀ theseĀ markets in APJ with focus on ORAN andĀ MobileCoreĀ networkĀ (3G/4G/5G)Ā experiences.

Pre-salesĀ supportĀ involvesĀ understandingĀ andĀ articulatingĀ customer'sĀ challenges,Ā positioningĀ ofĀ Viavi'sĀ portfolioĀ toĀ addressthoseĀ challengesĀ andĀ technicallyĀ advancingĀ theĀ discussionsĀ toĀ theĀ pointĀ ofĀ aĀ commercialĀ engagement.

Main responsibilities/duties:

  • SupportĀ fieldĀ salesĀ teamĀ inĀ advanceĀ ofĀ customerĀ meetings,Ā demonstrations,Ā evaluations,Ā tradeĀ shows,Ā etc.Ā suchĀ asdevelopingĀ applicationsĀ andĀ useĀ casesĀ thatĀ clearlyĀ demonstratesĀ theĀ powerĀ ofĀ Viavi'sĀ productsĀ andĀ solutions,Ā applyingtheirĀ experienceĀ ofĀ ORAN andĀ MobileĀ CoreĀ networkĀ asĀ aĀ mustĀ doĀ focusĀ toĀ meetĀ andĀ exceedĀ expectation.
